At 6:58 p.m. on April 7, 2021, the No. 2 CDQ unit of the CDQ System Project at Hebei Iron & Steel Group Laoting Chemical Industrial Park, for which Huatai Yongchuang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. served as the EPC contractor, was successfully put into operation.

Chairman Xu Lie and Deputy General Manager Dong Xinghong personally visited the construction site to provide guidance and outlined relevant precautions to ensure its safe and smooth commissioning.

Following the commissioning, Chairman Xu Lie and Deputy General Manager Dong Xinghong held technical discussions with General Manager Zhang Baohui of the client who fully acknowledged the work of Huatai’s Laoting Project Team during the exchanges.

The Laoting Project Team will accelerate the construction progress on the remaining No. 1 CDQ unit and the steam turbine power plant to ensure their commissioning within the timeframe specified by the client.
