The final acceptance inspection for the 105 t/h coke dry quenching and waste heat power generation project at Vietnam’s Hoa Phat Energy Joint Stock Company, which was undertaken by Huatai, was successfully completed on December 5, 2019.
Hoa Phat Energy is a key subsidiary of Vietnam’s Hoa Phat Group. This project involves the construction of a coke dry quenching system to support the client’s coking plant. It is Huatai’s second project in Vietnam, following the Hoa Phat Dung Quat Phase I & II coke dry quenching projects, and marks a new chapter in the company’s expansion into international markets.
From the project’s inception through to completion, company leadership and departments at all levels attached great importance to it. Due to the client’s extremely strict requirements regarding the project schedule, the company faced significant pressure in areas such as design, equipment manufacturing and export, equipment installation, and technical services. However, this pressure also served as a driving force. The company required all departments to adhere to the principle of “placing equal emphasis on quality and safety” and demanded that staff at all levels work overtime to strive for delivery to a high standard. Ultimately, the company met all requirements of the client and successfully completed the project.
Following performance evaluations, all indicators for this project were up to requirements, earning high praise from the client. Acceptance certificate was signed by both parties, and a Letter of Commendation was granted by the client to Huatai project team, further boosting the company’s reputation in the overseas market. To date, all contract payments have been settled.
