In May 2021, in accordance with the design follow-up work plan, the Quality Science and Technology Department organized relevant engineers from the company’s Design & Research Institute to pay design follow-up visits for the Phase II CDQ Project for No. 1–4 Coke Ovens at Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd., and the 2×170 t/h CDQ project at Xiaoyi Pengfei Industrial Co., Ltd.

The purpose of the design follow-up visits is to further enhance the quality of design services and improve customer satisfaction. By identifying design deficiencies from the perspectives of construction and production management, the company aims to continuously improve and optimize design solutions, thereby elevating its overall design capabilities.

The owners of both projects attached great importance to these visits. During the discussions, they expressed full recognition of the company’s design work and EPC project management. Additionally, the various production departments provided valuable feedback and suggestions on Huatai’s design. Following the discussions, accompanied by representatives from the owners’ production departments, the design team also visited the project sites to verify the relevant issues identified while engaging in thorough exchanges with the owners.

Regarding the issues identified, the Quality, Science and Technology Department will organize further in-depth discussions with the relevant engineers and apply the improvement measures to the design process of similar ongoing projects as soon as possible.
